In the following text we provide you with more information on how to hang a lamp on a suspended ceiling.

Products and tools you need:

• Plasterboard metal dowel (or metal cavity fischer)
• Tape measure
• Laser level
• Drywall screwdriver

The most important step before mounting the luminaire body is to fix its position. The exact center of the room or space, which the lamp will light up is always the intersection point of the diagonals. In order to determine this point, you need a laser and a level in order to mark the two lines.

Afterward we proceed with the hanging of the luminaire body with a Plasterboard metal dowel in case it weighs up to 2.5 kg.

In case the light is heavier (> 2.5-5 kg) it is necessary to use a Metal cavity fischer/anchor. In case the luminaire body is even heavier than 5 kg you need to a strengthen the loadbeaging structure with an additional CD profile.
