In this video we demonstrate how to build a construction for a curved wall made from metal profiles.

Tools and products you need:

• Premium Profile UW
• Premium Profile CW
• Self-drilling Screw TEX LB 4.2 x 13 mm
• Pencil
• Tape Measure
• Drywall Screwdriver
• Tin Snips

Here are the steps we followed:

We start by marking the beginning and end of the decorative curved wall. Then, using a pencil and a metal profile, which we temporarily fix to the floor on the intersection of the beginning and the end of the wall, creating a compass which we use to draw the curve the wall will follow. We repeat the same action for the ceiling.

We proceed to measuring the horizontal UW profile and marking 6 cm intervals throughout its entire length, which we then cut using an angle grinder or tin snips, leaving one side of the profile uncut. With a suitable screw we fix the profile to the floor. We repeat the same action for the ceiling profile.

We then measure the vertical CW profiles and place them at an axial distance of 30 cm from each other. We use a self-drilling screw TEX to fix the vertical profiles to the UW profiles only at the bottom, the upper connection remains free-standing.

We can proceed to the wall lining.
